Improving Mindfulness
I am an Independent Contracted Mental Health Therapist. Specializing in Individual & Group Therapy including Substance Use Disorders, Coping Mechanisms, Cognitive Behavior, Solution Focused, and Person-Centered therapy for Adults.
Life constantly demands our attention, but when we become fixated on the past or worried about the future, we often miss vital information in our present situations. Cultivating a state where you are consistently aware of your present moment is not impossible, but it takes practice.
My mission as a Therapist is to help you identify what is holding you back in life; strategize on how to overcome unresolved issues, and regain confidence within your capabilities to realize and achieve whatever goals you set for yourself and be an example of excellence to your immediate circle of friends and family.
